Where we ship

We currently ship within FL only.

When orders ship

Shipped orders are baked and sent out on ship days, early in the week, so they never sit in a warehouse over a weekend. You choose the ship day at checkout. Most packages arrive in 1 to 2 days with USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

What ships

Breads, bagels, cookies, brownies and banana bread travel well. Cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls are pickup or local delivery only. The checkout tells you if something in your cart can’t ship.

Shipping costs

Shipping is priced live at checkout from the carrier’s rate for your address and the weight of your order, plus a small packaging fee.

Tracking and delivery

We email your tracking number the day your order ships. Please open the box as soon as it arrives. If a package is late or arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

We’re not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier or left at an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we’ll always help you file a claim.

Freshness

Bread is best within 3 days. Keep it in a paper or cloth bag at room temperature, or slice and freeze it and toast it from frozen.
