Privacy policy

This policy explains what SavBakesIt collects when you visit savbakesit.com or place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, phone, the items you order, notes you add, and your address for delivery or shipping.
  • Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive the card brand and last four digits, never the full card number.
  • Messages and requests: what you send through the contact, custom order and waitlist forms.
  • Cart: your cart is saved in your own browser so it’s there when you come back.

How we use it

To bake, deliver or ship your order, to send order emails, to answer your messages, and, if you opt in, to email you when a new bake day opens. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Shippo and the shipping carrier (labels and delivery, shipping orders only), and Hostinger (website hosting and email).

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your checkout secure and a small cookie to remember the pickup option and bake day you chose. If you sign in to your account, a cookie keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days, until you sign out. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your account

You never need an account to order. If you sign in, we email you a one-time code instead of using a password. Your account shows the orders placed with your email and keeps the name, phone and address you save, so checkout is filled in for you. You can change them any time, or ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from bake day emails at any time, and you can ask us to see or delete the information we have about you by writing to hello@savbakesit.com. We keep order records as long as needed for taxes and accounting.
