How ordering works

Everything is baked to order in small batches, so you choose your bake day first.

  1. Choose pickup, local delivery or shipping. Pickup in South Florida, delivery to nearby ZIP codes, or shipping within FL.
  2. Pick a bake day. Each day has a limited number of spots.
  3. Check out before it closes. Orders close 2 days before the bake day, at 6 pm.

Three days from flour to your table

Good sourdough can’t be rushed. That’s why we bake to order, and why each bake day closes 2 days ahead.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until the order cutoff for your bake day (2 days before at 6 pm). Reply to your confirmation email and we’ll take care of it. After that, the dough is already started. Cancellation policy

Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?

Everything is made with wheat flour in a home kitchen. Each product lists its ingredients and allergens. If you have an allergy, write it in the notes at checkout and ask us before ordering.

How do I keep sourdough fresh?

Keep it cut side down on a board or in a paper or cloth bag for up to 3 days. For longer, slice and freeze, then toast straight from the freezer.

Can I order for an event or a custom cake?

Yes. Send a custom order request with the date and what you have in mind.

Is it safe to pay online?

Payments are processed by Stripe, the same service used by millions of stores. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our site.
